I have been a clinical social worker/therapist since graduating with my MSW degree in 2015. When the pandemic started, I began seeing clients via telehealth, which I found to be quite effective with clients, particularly those with anxiety, phobias and PTSD. I specialize in EMDR therapy (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) via telehealth. As long as clients have adequate coping tools, telehealth is convenient, private, safe, and secure. As my clients increase in self-awareness, and are able to manage mental health symptoms, they often are able to focus on finding greater meaning in their lives. I find it extremely rewarding partnering with my clients in their journey of self-discovery and growth.
